Mobile Security App Features

Payments made for the mobile security app features are non-refundable. This policy is in place due to the nature of the services provided, which include immediate access to a suite of security tools, features, and protections upon purchase. These services offer real-time benefits, and the costs associated with maintaining and delivering these features are incurred upfront.

Due to the immediate and ongoing provision of these services, we are unable to offer refunds for the mobile security app features. We are committed to providing a high level of service and ensuring your mobile security needs are met from the moment you subscribe.

Cyber Insurance

The Certificate of Insurance may be cancelled by the Policy Holder/Insured Beneficiary under the following conditions:

1.Cancellation Within Six Months:
  • The Certificate of Insurance can be cancelled at any time within six months from the date of commencement of the Cover Period as mentioned in the Certificate of Insurance.
  • The Company will refund the premium according to the Short Period Scale table (see below), subject to a minimum retention of 25% of the premium mentioned in the Certificate of Insurance or Rs.100 per Certificate of Insurance, whichever is higher, provided no claim has been lodged.
2.Cancellation After Six Months:
  • Cancellation requests will not be entertained after six months from the date of commencement of the Cover Period (applicable only to annual policies).
3.Short-Term Cover Period:
  • Certificates of Insurance with a Cover Period shorter than one year cannot be cancelled.
4.Claims Made:
  • No refund will be provided if a claim has been made by the Insured Beneficiary, regardless of whether the claim is admitted or repudiated.
5.Liability for Claims:
  • The Company remains liable for any admissible claim made prior to the effective date of cancellation of the Certificate of Insurance.

Refund Timeline and Process

Please note that the refund of the insurance premium is subject to the terms and conditions set by the insurance company. The timeline for processing and receiving the refund will be determined by the insurance company. We will facilitate the cancellation process and work with the insurance company to ensure that eligible refunds are processed as efficiently as possible.
