- High-trust intermediaries with existing relationships in regulated industries (BFSI, healthcare, e-commerce, SaaS) or technical partners building products that integrate naturally with cyber insurance (EDR, IDP, SIEM, cloud). Quality over quantity. we close partners we can co-grow with.
- Yes. Commissions are paid only to IRDAI-licensed entities for broker / agent track. Referral and tech alliance commissions follow the EOM (Expenses of Management) framework and are documented in the partnership MSA.
- No hard minimum for referral or tech alliance. For broker and MGA tracks we agree a soft annual production target jointly at kickoff. Falling short does not trigger a penalty; consistently over-performing unlocks higher commission tiers.
- Co-brand is available for brokers and tech alliance partners under our brand kit. White-label is available for MGAs with carrier sign-off; you issue under your brand with Mitigata as the binding pod. Brand guidelines + artwork sign-off required.
- Dedicated partner success manager, pre-quote walkthroughs, joint sales calls, technical SE for tech alliance, marketing collateral library, quarterly business reviews. All Mitigata partners get the same internal pod access as direct clients.
- Quarterly, within 30 days of policy bind + premium realisation. Referral payments can be monthly above a ₹2 L threshold. Statements include policy-level detail so you can reconcile your own pipeline.
